A: Standard shipping takes 4 to 20 business days depending on your location. India orders are typically faster (4–10 days), while international orders may take up to 20 business days.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package at any time.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI, NetBanking, Paytm, and PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted by Razorpay.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our store at pawniversal.com, add your favourite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping. Contact us at support@pawniversal.com as soon as possible.
Q: I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, email us at support@pawniversal.com with your name and the email you used at checkout and we will resend it.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@pawniversal.com to initiate a return.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: We are sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@pawniversal.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
