Okay, it's really small, about the size of a ping pong ball... Anyway, excellent silicone that seems safe for a dog of the right size. Our French bulldog doesn't fit at all.

It works well but makes a buzzing noise, and noises like this scare cats a bit. More satisfying with a dog.
